Personal, intelligent AI assistant built into your Obsidian vault
Let's set up an assistant that absorbs your Obsidian notes, integrates with your other tools and, once running, costs $20 per month instead of $2000...

I was very sceptical about integrating AI with note-taking, back when it was simply a chatbot in a window next to your Obsidian vault.
With the introduction of Claude Code, and since the back end of 2025 when I custom built the PARAZETTEL website you’re visiting currently, I made a U-turn.
Since this I’ve been deep into integrating agents with my notes in Obsidian.
Mine is almost a personal assistant at this point - it has the whole context of my second brain, as well as its own second brain that it’s been crafting since we started working together, and can connect through MCP or API to other services on the internet, adding new email subscribers and community members to my CRM, and much more.
Now I want to develop the same setup for you.
Together, we’ll build you an agent so capable and informed, that you only need to ask, and it’ll execute your most common and time-consuming admin tasks, or weigh in on an important decision just as capably.
What you get
A second brain for your AI agent
I write a CLAUDE.md configuration that teaches your agent everything about your vault. Folder structure, note types, tagging conventions, the lot. Every query it runs draws on how *you* work.
Hands-on setup, not a PDF
We do the whole thing together on a call. I set it up in your vault, show you how it works with your real notes, and make sure you can tweak it yourself afterwards.
Skills that do real work
Custom slash commands for the things you do every day. Processing captures, drafting from notes, tagging and linking, summarising research. Not generic prompts. Workflows built around your use case.
Connected to your other tools
Your agent isn't locked inside your vault. It connects to your calendars, task managers, email, and CRM. Whatever you already use. A personal assistant, not a note-taker.
It remembers between sessions
Most AI tools forget everything the moment you close the window. Your agent keeps a persistent memory of your projects, preferences, and past conversations, so it gets more useful the longer you use it.
Accurate, repeatable, $20 a month
A human assistant costs hundreds a month and still drops things. Your agent runs the same task the same way every time, never forgets a step, and costs $20 a month to run (the Claude subscription).
Skills in action
These are real slash commands I use every day. Each one is a custom skill built into my agent. Type the command, and it handles the rest.
Plan your session from your vault /today
Reads your recent activity and context notes, then tells you what to work on today. No digging through notes or trying to remember where you left off. Open the terminal and ask.

Manage contacts and subscribers /crm
Adds new subscribers, updates contact records and syncs with Kit, all from inside Obsidian. New offers and emails go out automatically.

Outline content for all platforms /content
Takes an idea and turns it into a full outline ready to create from, pulling in relevant notes from your vault as it goes.

Close out a working session /close
Agent updates its second brain with what was done, flags what's next, and logs any new tasks. It keeps track so you don't have to (as closely, at least).

Who this is for
- Researchers and academics drowning in literature notes who want AI to help synthesise, not summarise
- Writers and creators who want their vault to surface connections and drafts, not store ideas
- Professionals who need fast, reliable retrieval from months of meeting notes, project docs, and references
- PKM enthusiasts who’ve tried the plugins and prompts but want something that fits their system
If you want the benefits of a personal assistant without hiring one, and you use Obsidian seriously, this is for you.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know anything about AI or coding beforehand?
No. I walk you through everything on the call. By the end you'll know how to use your setup and how to tweak it yourself. No technical background required.
What do I need installed before the call?
Obsidian and a working vault. I handle the rest during the session. We install Claude Code and configure everything together.
How long is the setup call?
Usually 60–90 minutes, depending on how complex your vault is. We don't rush. We keep going until everything works.
What does the monthly follow-up include?
Async support for any issues or questions, plus adjustments to your configuration as your workflow evolves. If something isn't working the way you want, I fix it.
Can I cancel the monthly follow-up?
Yes, anytime. The setup is yours to keep regardless. The monthly support exists to make sure everything keeps working as your needs change.
What if my setup is more complex than average?
Multi-vault configurations, team workflows, custom MCP integrations. I price those on a case-by-case basis. We talk it through on the discovery call and I give you a clear number before you commit to anything.
