These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by PARAZETTEL, operated by Theo Stowell (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which include PARAZETTEL for Obsidian (“the product”) and the website at parazettel.com (“the Website”) (collectively, “the Services”). By accessing or using the Services, including purchasing or using the product or continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- License Agreement
The product is licensed to you for personal use only. You may modify the content for your personal use, but redistribution, resale, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited. The full License Agreement, which governs your use of the product, is included within the product upon purchase and can also be accessed here. The terms of the License Agreement take effect immediately upon purchase of the product.
- Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund period for the product, in effect from the date of purchase. If you request a refund within this period, access to future updates will be revoked, and you will no longer be entitled to download the product.
- Account and Access
Access to the product is granted as long as you comply with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the product complies with all applicable laws.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the product, including content, design, and features, are owned by Theo Stowell. You may not use, modify, or distribute the product for commercial purposes without express permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the product if you violate these Terms. If access is revoked due to a refund or breach of these Terms, you must stop using the product immediately.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The product is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the product will meet your requirements or operate without interruptions.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Amendments
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website, and your continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within England and Wales, except where governed by Lemon Squeezy’s terms and conditions.
