Thanks for being patient whilst I’ve been AWOL for the last short while. I’ve got a couple of things to announce today, around what I’ve been doing whilst on the low.

The first, and main topic (that ties into the second update as well)…

Introducing Obssistant

I’ve been developing a new offer, where I consult professionals, creators, business owners and others in implementing Claude Code (or other AI agents) into Obsidian for their use.

It’s been a while since I started building in this field, and I’ve learned a lot. And, although it might seem this way, this isn’t complication of systems simply for the sake of having more to write about.

My second business, an app called ProseLab, operates almost entirely from an Obsidian vault where I store ideas, details, email sequences and more.

The Obssistant (as I’m going to start calling the embedded AI agent) in that vault also helps with content creation, automatically burning captions onto videos, and assisting with short

I’m offering to implement similar agents into the vaults of other people, so if you’re interested, please, head over to the following page and get yourself booked in for an intro call.

The spaces are limited to two people over the next month, because the Minimal Note-Taking book is still my highest priority, so we’re not scaling this far at the moment.

(if you would like, you can head to the landing page of Obssistant, where you can learn more - https://obssistant.com).

It’s a very new area of PKM at the moment, hence why I’m being so quiet - I’m working on ProseLab a lot, which is great because it serves as a genuine implementation of these features that I can learn and teach about, rather than building AI complexity for the sake of things..

My brain’s somewhat scrambled from all the different ideas and context I’ve been battling here, but I’ve found a lot of useful use-cases, which I can’t wait to share with you soon.

For now, let me tell you a little more about ProseLab…

ProseLab changes

We’ve updated lots of things in the ProseLab app, and this has meant time away from PARAZETTEL and Obssistant as projects, focusing on getting this off the floor instead.

In a week’s time I’ll be in Paris, working with my co-founder Luca to launch this app officially, but we’re already pretty much up-and-running.

So, knowing it’s a long shot, I’m going to urge you to give it a try (it doesn’t need a card to get started) if you’re someone who likes writing, fiction or prose in general.

You can start on the newly refurbished landing page here - https://proselab.io!

And that’s all from me this week - I’m working on an idea or two around agent/AI x Obsidian integration, and so you’ll probably hear a little more about this as I build up to launching something new and exciting after I deliver the Minimal Note-Taking book.

Talk soon,

– Theo
