After a successful payment, Stripe sends a receipt by email. A separate email from ‘**Theo @ PARAZETTEL**’ contains your files for download.

For a completed purchase, the download email should arrive within a few minutes. If you cannot see it, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you are checking the address used at checkout.

You can also request a refund within two months of purchase by emailing that address. This does not affect your statutory rights; see our [Terms](/terms/).
