After a successful payment, Stripe sends a receipt by email. A separate email from ‘Theo @ PARAZETTEL’ contains your files for download.

For a completed purchase, the download email should arrive within a few minutes. If you cannot see it, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you are checking the address used at checkout.

If you have any questions, cannot find the email, or need help with your purchase, email [email protected].

You can also request a refund within two months of purchase by emailing that address. This does not affect your statutory rights; see our Terms.
